Definitely something I need to improve on.  Guess it would help if I had practiced this movement after the presidential fitness program in elementary school.  :)

		<description>Jana, I totally agree with Jamie!!  I couldn&#039;t do one pull-up - EVER in my life, until I started CF. And, even with CF, it took me a long time before I could do any of them.  Dead-hangs are another story - I couldn&#039;t do any of those either until CF.  Don&#039;t beat yourself up - simply do your best every time you walk into that box - that&#039;s all you can expect of yourself.  Keep it up!</description>
