I&#039;m with Sandy on needing to lower my recovery time but I gave it everything I had for each sprint.  
Now I can enjoy the holiday knowing that I earned it.
It&#039;s crazy how such a simple workout can kick your tail.
..and they thought they needed fancy equipment and a/c. :)</description>
