Everyone take a moment and watch the video posted on CrossFit.com today.  Very, very inspiring.  Greg and Lauren Glassman have truly changed the world, some folks just don’t know it yet.

Pam and I had the pleasure of attending a cert at the original CFHQ (Santa Cruz) location and as many said on the video, though it was our first time there, it felt like we’d been there many times.  It was truly inspiring and awesome just to be there.
