Run 1 mile
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
Run 1 mile

Matt P. was surprised at the push-ups eating up the time…that would be because his were textbook perfect. All 150 of them!
Which leads to shirt-sleeve straining cannons.
