In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The stations are:

DB Thrusters, (m:30lbs,f:24lbs) (Reps)
DB Swings, (m:40lbs,f:25lbs) (Reps)
Box Jumps, (20″ box) (Reps)
Push-ups, (Reps)
Row for calories (Calories)

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete(s) must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Yay Nancy!

Congratulations on your first 1/2 marathon!

Nancy ran the 13 mile 1/2 marathon (Dallas White Rock) this weekend and finished at 2:21:57, running the course at a 10:49/mile pace!
