Expanded Training Schedule

Back by popular demand…evening “open gym” training schedule!

For those eligible to come to our Group Workouts, our evening Group Workout times are now back to the 2 hour open window from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  Show up anytime between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.

Deadlift

3-3-3-3-3-3-3

After 3-5 minutes rest, follow up with 100 perfect Push-ups for time.

(perfect = absolute planked torso; touch chest, but don’t rest, at bottom; fully extend arms at top)

Post Deadlift loads and Push-ups time to comments.
