We’re a couple days into the new location and things are going well, but we still have a ways to go. Much to be done.
We want to send out a very loud and sincere thank you to all our athletes that have chipped in their time, sweat and blisters helping us get the place cleaned up and ready.
The next couple weeks will be hectic with many additions to the gym coming on line, from flooring to equipment. Hopefully, ya’ll can put up with the chaos a little while longer.
Speaking of equipment, check out this cool product demonstration. Maybe we should get a bunch of these!

We are moved into the new facility!

Class schedule, for right now, is unchanged but we will be expanding the schedule in the near future.
Please be patient as we continue to pull the place together.

I love taking pics, clipping, cropping, adjusting and, in general, trying to find a way to show what ya’ll are going through, how much you are accomplishing and how hard you are trying. This training takes effort and we love being able to be a part of your lives.

CrossFit Champions and Champions Combat Arts are moving!
Our new location is at 12034 Spring Cypress (just west of 249).
We will be cleaning and moving in the weekend of April 12-13. Many of you have offered to help and we’d love to have it. Just give us a call.

Earlier this month, Pam and I had the pleasure of attending the first annual CrossFit National Affiliate Gathering in Las Vegas.
We had a great time visiting with old friends, making new ones and hearing many great speakers on business practices.

CFC Athletes: This Saturday’s workout, 2-9-08, will be held at Meyer Park on Cypresswood Dr. in Spring at 9:00 a.m. The park spans both sides of the street, be sure and park on the south side and look for our vehicle (the one with CrossFit Champions in the back window…duh!)
This workout is also free to anyone that wishes to try us out.
Hope to see you all there and we hope to see some new faces!

The ACAF Weapons Seminar this past Saturday was a great time. Thanks to all who attended and special thanks to Master Jim Mahan for coming to town and instructing!
Congratulations to Rick and Katy, who both tested and qualified as Level I Single Stick, Double Stick and Knife instructors.
