Hey Matt,
Just a little update on my progress. I started the month of august weighing around 215 lbs. I modifed my diet and now i'm down to about 193 lbs. My stregth continues to improve despite my weight loss, and a lot of things, like pull-ups and push-ups, have suddenly become much easier. The olympic weight training has greatly improved my speed and my ability to jump. The most improvement I continue to see is in my resilience. I find myself back to 100% stregth and stamina after just a short rest.
Keep up the great work. The pics are awesome, very inspirational for those of us goin it alone.
