I just wanted to say thanks for all the info at the last seminar. I haven't been 100% strict on it, but I have changed my eating habits quite a bit. Not sure if I feel or see the difference yet, but after two weeks the scale says I have lost five pounds (175->170).

I did the Crossfit Total last night from your Monday WOD.
SQ 205, SP 125, DL 255 (pr +30), Total 585 (pr)

Pretty happy with the new DL (1.5 x BWT). Total also put me into the Novice category. Still lots of room for improvement though. Need to add about 115# to get to the Intermediate category. I think my squat should be a little closer to my DL. I think squats could go up with some more reps to get the form down and just feel more confident with it. The shoulder press just needs some hard work.
