    I forgot how much murph hurts. I’ve never taken so many pain killers in a 12 hour period… I WILL be here today though. Need to work on the lower tummy area and this ones a good un.

    I had to remind myself that I won’t be competing for a god in the decathlon after on 2 workouts, but I sure did expect better from myself. All I do know is that those GHD Hip extensions really killed me. In the end it was good for me and I will be better for having pushed myself through the workout. See you at the next torture session.
