    Won’t this one be funny to the cars passing by!! Yes, you too can wobble down the road and bounce on a ball in the driveway! Note to self…bring the video camera for lots of later giggles.

    Think of it this way…8 rounds of 25 and 200 meters or 4 rounds of 50 and 400 meters. Same thing. Easier to digest in the smaller bits, imo.
