This was my second workout today. I thought it was cool the first time I did and I thought it was cool today. Great way to perfect a movement through communal suffering!

did this today in a hotel. no med ball or rower so i subbed thrusters w/ 15# db, 70# sdhp, bench jumps (doont know height but at least 20 in), 70# pushpress, ran at 4%. does this come close in comparison. 18:30 clock time bc of treadmill delay. score 237. Gasping like a GOLDFISH! would have loved to wear a heart reate monitor on this one.
