Level III
19 rounds + pushups and 8 sit-ups
This was a fantastic follow up to yesterday, Its like the miler vs the 100 yard dash. You never get to the point of panice breathing, gasping for air like some goldfish laying on the bedroom floor of a cruel child. No, you keep going just at the point of muscular failure and then move to a new bodypart all together, the key is no breaks. Like we preach to Marines on shooting while moving, "Smooth is fast". By the way, morning crowd is getting bigger and staying motivated and thats saying something prior to 6:00.
