Level 1 - 10 min.
Couldn't get to gym in time so modified using 10lb wall ball shots for OH squats since I don't have any type of weighted bar at home. Garage at home seemed much warmer than gym.

Level 1
17 lbs

I was a little disappointed with the weight, but when I woke up this morning - after 9.5 hours of sleep, thanks Pam - I get the feeling I did the best I could do. That and remembering the instant crippling effect right afterwards. Oh and I'm on week 2 witht the paleo diet. Lost one pound but undergrowing my clothes. I am even seeing the beginning of ab muscles. Who woulda thunk it.

Still working on form with both my arms and hips I'll move up once I go sub 7:00. Thanks for the pointers Matt, it goes to show how over time you can slip into bad habits.

I think I'm finally getting comfortable w/the OHS.
Matt - Thanks! Your advice on wider grip & wider stance really made it do-able.
