    Did not have adequte equipment. Did the weekend wod and added 7 sets of regular pull-ups. Managed to do around ten per set

    Did 1 chin and 1 pull with each weight.
    20, 25, 30, 35, 45, 45(f), 35
    Followed up with some ring support practice (3×30sec) and walking lunges (5×20).
