		<description>44ish, 70ish, 90ish, missed everything north of 100.
I would like to make clear that I believe at 220 lbs every pull up is a weighted pull up.
Casey and Rob definately set the bar on this one, great job both of you.</description>

I still think I can do 230 w/free-weights. Smith Machines SUCK!</description>
