    Working through an Elbow injury so I did Bench Press instead.
    180-200-210-220-230F(didn’t touch chest)-230F(touched chest but couldn’t get it back up)
    I still think I can do 230 w/free-weights. Smith Machines SUCK!

    25 25 14 20 30 28 21 - flex hangs, that is seconds not weight. And I am pretty sure thats not the right order. And may I just say omigodeverythinghurts.

    16 gruelling workouts……
    more advil than a person should take in a year……
    Not looking forward to Saturday anymore…….

    44ish, 70ish, 90ish, missed everything north of 100.
    I would like to make clear that I believe at 220 lbs every pull up is a weighted pull up.
    Casey and Rob definately set the bar on this one, great job both of you.
