Personally I like the saying (I think it&#039;s a USMC saying) that &quot;Pain is weakness leaving the body&quot;. Wait until you&#039;ve been here long enough to do certain WODs for the second time - and can see the improvement you&#039;re making. Trust me, you&#039;ll be amazed!</description>
