I actually listended to the little voice and went with the lighter weight and achieved an ah-ha moment. I easily fall into the old iron mentallity tha max weight is king. With the lighter weight I was able to smartly work around an injury and set a pace and intensity level imposible w/the level 3 110 lbs. Simply put, “slapping the bear” everyday war harder and not smarter, and created a downward trend. In the long run the bear always wins (thats why it’s called slapping the bear and not spanking the squirrel). I just put this here so that if someone recognized the situation they might gain from my mistakes. Humility and honesty becomes the warrior.
