6-23-08 - Monday CFC WOD

100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
Row 500 meters
Run 400 meters

In order, perform each of the above individually for time.  Rest as needed in between.  Add times from all 5 for total time = score.

    24:?? I enjoy the similarities between golf and crossfit. On one of the most difficult courses in Houston I putted a 14 on the back nine. I still didn’t break 100 that day, but left happy as a clam. Yesterday I completed pull ups and push ups in an excruciating slow (but strict) 18 minutes. I then set PR’s for myself in sit-ups, 400m run and row. I definately shot over 100 yesterday but its the little victories that brings me back for more.

    PS Our crossfit community is growing every day and I know I dont’ get to see everyone I would like to. This space is great for encouraging and empathizing with others.
