    Thoughts-this workout is tough and frustrating because you never really get winded or reach cardiovascular failure, which I hate. Worse, you reach absolute muscular failure and though you have the heart to push again, you just can’t move!

    Not sure this is a workout you should do 3 days before a deadline when you need to go to work and be PRODUCTIVE!
