Everyone take a moment and watch the video posted on CrossFit.com today. Very, very inspiring. Greg and Lauren Glassman have truly changed the world, some folks just don’t know it yet.
Pam and I had the pleasure of attending a cert at the original CFHQ (Santa Cruz) location and as many said on the video, though it was our first time there, it felt like we’d been there many times. It was truly inspiring and awesome just to be there.

Hey all,
What’s up with CF_HQ; they’re closing? Check out todays video on their website. Is coach G moving on?
Nope. The Glassmans moved to AZ a couple years ago, leaving the day to day running of HQ in the hands of the trainers.
Some months ago, they closed that location and as seen on the video, donated all the equipment to the Marines.
Some of the trainers moved CrossFit Santa Cruz and others started CrossFit North Santa Cruz.
