50 Burpees
50 Double Unders (or 150 jump rope)

    Kudos to Tim and his one legged burpees, it was truely a sight to see. You always look so happy during your workouts?How do you manage that? I barely made it through burpees, and I don’t think I would have without Laura pacing me. Of all the workouts to do extra of… had to be burpees. SO thanks :-)
