This was the first workout that I looked at the site during the day and got a little nervous. This feeling grew when I saw there were no names under level III when I arrived, looks like a good day to be smarter not harder and go level II. Half way through warm-ups, Matt says don’t start without me, let’s go head to head level III. Oh crap, It was great fun and it definately pushed me harder, I run faster but, he box jumps faster. Had we not had to partner up on the 24″ box I think Matt would have finished ahead of me. Thanks for the challenge, I dare anyone to find that kind of coaching at 24 Hour Fitness.

Pretty respectable time for me. Slam balls are much easier now than they were in the individuals. This stretched my endurance though.
I brag on this place all the time, and the program of course. Worth every copper penny because although other workout facilities are cheaper you don’t get the personal training that we get here. And frankly I don’t remember ever in years of doing my own workouts at other gyms getting half the workout I do here. The results prove it.
