    Angie is a filthy filthy girl, and I keep coming back for more. This was the first CrossFit named workout I did almost a year ago. Then I spent almost 30 min on the pull-ups alone. If your new to this I provided the previous as some perspective. Also a big OORAH to Casey, she is the first person I have seen master the pull up assist bands; and executed the entire workout with nearly perfect dead-hang form, (so I don’t know if that is realy an “assist” band). Maybe I can E-mail Michelin to get one for me.

    I think my time was 22 something or 23 something. I actually enjoyed this workout b/c it felt like I finally got the bands!!
