Two factors, not technique or rithym on KTE's and fatigue.  For those of you out there that claim that 3 to 4 hours sleep a night is sufficient to get you through, your might ask if your realizing your full potential.  I got my Mother in-law to the airport for a 0600 flight and then spent the day at a trade show.  Not an excuse just an observation.  I did't slap the bear I feel more like I accidently stepped on his tail.</description>
