For time, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1.5 x body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: .75 x body weight

    Should have had more lbs. on the deadlift. Misunderstood the weight. Thought it was supposed to be .75. Didn’t realize I could have gone up to BW. I think I should have been faster, as well. I liked this workout, but was not happy with my performance.
