I would have loved to actually do the workout this morning but the warm-up killed that. I got a long way to go. This should be fun/hell.

I must say I feel fa bu lous! 12 rounds +5 pullups. And I didn’t rest all that much in comparison to what I normally do. And much better than Friday, for sure!

Don’t know how many rounds I did but I know that my arms don’t work anymore! Matt If I fall down you will have to help me up big guy!!!
