    This was one of those kind of workouts that makes me love Crossfit, huge cardio output with a great power to weight ratio components. BIG HATS OFF TO JASON. On paper Jason came in like 10 or 20 seconds behind me but off the paper he destroyed my time, 185lbs is 86% my body weight and for Jason that same 185 is 132% or 45lbs more than bodyweight. I’m proud of my effort and was happy with my time, but I am smart enough to know I could never have done that with 283lbs on the bar. Again, outstanding performance Jason, he left nothing in the tank.

    Well, I’m glad not a whole lot of people were there to witness my performance. It’s one thing to be tired after round 1 and start chipping away on the following rounds, but something was against me today. I have been eating like hell, and felt absolutely to the point of passing out by round 1. I’m not great at ANY of the above workouts but add humidity and doughnuts into the mix… damn. I came home and redeemed myself with grilled chicken and leafy greens. I’ll be back with a vengence next week!
