    Level 3 23:28 Call me crazy, but I kinda liked this. I did all my rowing at the beginning- for me that was a good call.

    Effort was not the problem, all the running on the front end even sets between rowing and jumping. I’m pulling 17 m on set 1 and 10 m on set 3. So I am going to blame my lack of “double dutch playground” rope skills.
