The workout you  can't really improve.  Running speed and stamina is the only differentiator.  You can only do the sit ups and cleans so fast (or slow for that matter).  It's alot like pumpkin pie; face it the worst pumpkin pie you ever ate wasn't all that different from the best was it.</description>
