CrossFit Champions and Champions Combat Arts are moving!
Our new location is at 12034 Spring Cypress (just west of 249).
We will be cleaning and moving in the weekend of April 12-13. Many of you have offered to help and we’d love to have it. Just give us a call.

As to competition you meant the donut shop and Churches Chicken right?

I think this is the only work out routine that I have to question whether or not “ropes, tires, sledge hammers, sandbags” have to do with workout. I have a feeling they do… now I am in need of some explaination.
