Does anyone else look at workouts like this and think “Matt. Pam. What did I do to make you so angry at me?” Look forward to ending the week with a bang. See y’all at 5.

    Sara,
Quite the contrary! Every workout is planned out with nothing but love and the desire to please our athletes whom we know are eager to challenge and improve themselves.

well, so far I am very pleased. I think I am feeling and seeing results but I don’t want to get my hopes up this early. I felt the love when I woke up this morning.

This was my initiation to the infamous F50! I had to break everything up into minisets of 10. Kept a steady pace until the burpees. Then there was just no way out. I had to trudge thru them. I’m loving this.

Bless you, Matt P., for doing level 3! That takes cajones! Excellent job!

Nicholas…Nicholas…you gotta bring yourself up for a visit sometime. We’d like to put a face to the name. You’re doing great!

Great workout, I love these long ones that ‘tenderize’ you. I did the WOD in the order I thought was best & learned a number of things - like I needed to put rowing at the begenning instead of the end. Wall balls were easier than I thought they’d be - maybe I was just too numb to feel it by then.

If your saying to yourself I’ve seen Matt P and why’s he doing level 3. You are right and normally I would say something like pride goweth before the fall, but not this time. Have you every seen one of these guys at a bar that brings in a caged bear and for $20 you can try to pin the bear for the nights take. You are not going to win! But, you can say you wrestled a bear. You can fight the bear with every last bit of your inadequate strength only to get tossed like a ball. But, you can say you wrestled a bear. You risk your dignity, your bones and you will smell bad, but you can say you wrestled a bear. So Friday I decided to walk up smack the bear in the face and say lets rumble fat ass. As usual I did not beat the bear, but you always feel more alive after you wrestle the bear.
