Level III
46:and does it really matter seconds
If your saying to yourself I've seen Matt P and why's he doing level 3. You are right and normally I would say something like pride goweth before the fall, but not this time. Have you every seen one of these guys at a bar that brings in a caged bear and for $20 you can try to pin the bear for the nights take. You are not going to win! But, you can say you wrestled a bear. You can fight the bear with every last bit of your inadequate strength only to get tossed like a ball. But, you can say you wrestled a bear. You risk your dignity, your bones and you will smell bad, but you can say you wrestled a bear. So Friday I decided to walk up smack the bear in the face and say lets rumble fat ass. As usual I did not beat the bear, but you always feel more alive after you wrestle the bear.

Level 2 - 28:15
Great workout, I love these long ones that 'tenderize' you. I did the WOD in the order I thought was best & learned a number of things - like I needed to put rowing at the begenning instead of the end. Wall balls were easier than I thought they'd be - maybe I was just too numb to feel it by then.

52:48
Adjustments:
35lb kb
Knees2Elbows: from hanging straps
12lb WB
This was my initiation to the infamous F50! I had to break everything up into minisets of 10. Kept a steady pace until the burpees. Then there was just no way out. I had to trudge thru them. I'm loving this.

well, so far I am very pleased. I think I am feeling and seeing results but I don't want to get my hopes up this early. I felt the love when I woke up this morning.
