    This is with the 3 by 2 rest periods removed and a 10 sec bump for running 1 driveway to far (it is dark at 5:30am), so a 1:30 avg split. I might have done better, but since Tim was not there I had no rabbit to chase.

    Jumping pullups
    Rounds 3,4&5: pushups from knees, situps w/ hands at sides
    1st official crossfit puking!!!
