		<description>11:49 With my friend the 15lb dumbell we did 10 sit ups, 20 renegade man makers, 40 push press, 50 dips, and then came back down the mountain.  We got a number of interesting looks from folks going by, but nothing compared to the guy running with the handle bars around his neck complete with thumb loops and Spaceman Spiff goggles.</description>
