CFC Members:
As a Rest/Skill day you have the options of (a) taking the day off, (b) coming in and working on skill/movement of your choice, (c) making up a WOD from the immediately prior 3-day rotation if you missed it, or (d) just coming in and hanging out with us.

How about we put together a huge CrossFit Champions Warrior Dash Team?! Pam and I are definitely in.
It looks like registration is open. We all need to decide on a wave time to all start in (they start the competitors in waves – we should all start at the same time!) and register ASAP.
Please discuss in comments and then we’ll discuss more very soon at the gym and by emails.
