Level III (Just following the other lemmings off the cliff)
25:39
This was exactly what I expected. Round 1: Set a pace; keep your breath (minor swell and burn in legs and back). Round 2: still going up hill and now less breath than last round. Matt is trying to encourage me. I say try because he doesn’t realize I've already given up on the inside. Round 3: Pretty sure this is where the workout was designed to end but for some reason I'm only at the halfway point (full panic breathing and the curbs have become more hazardous than the passing traffic). Round 4: My legs now feel like two hickory axe handles and the sidewalk cement was poured 10 minutes ago, at the turnaround people in the cars are looking at me like a the monkeys in the zoo. Final lap: Thanks to hip extensions the axe handles that were my legs have slid unspeakably northward, squats have rendered me numb from the waist down as to breathing I think I still am, but I think I have achieved the same state as the Native Americans who would hang by body piercings from their lodge poles for days on end. Looks from passing traffic have gone from humor to genuine concern. I keep reminding myself the light at the end of tunnel could be a train. I’m done: honest to God, I can’t even remember if I stretched. I normally don’t write this much but Tim’s comment inspired me. The workout was challenging and fun, keep up the good work Matt and Pam.

Level 3 - 29:46
This WOD wasn't too bad. Squats wore me down but it was manageable.
All of my 400m's were right at 2min - which means I wasn't pushing hard enough on the first couple of rounds.
