    75lb: 10lbs shy of level 2 weight
    I am not sure what little unused muscles this activates, but they are angry with me for the unexpected work. Olympic lifting is a skill set that I have always wanted to learn and it came easier than I thought it would (Good Instructors) Thanks M&P

    Form was terrible - I need to work on going deeper into a squat & dropping QUICKLY.
    My shoulder joints are sore but not any muscles. At this point in my fitness the Snatch is a skill I need to learn more so than an exercise that taxes my strength or endurance.
