2:50 with 53lbs. I’m thinking I should have gone heavier, but I still wasn’t feeling like my form was that good. Once I started I was glad I didn’t b/c my legs are dead from this week~ouch! I think I’m actually walking funny. I ran into a friend on my way home that was running in the neighborhood so I ran a couple of miles with her and my sore legs feel much better, yeah! I was broken back in real good after a week in Florida on vacation…thanks CFC!!! Next time I’m going on a shorter vacation.
2:59 at 70 lbs.
I think I should’ve gone heavier, too. In the warm up I tried 50 lbs and that was way too light. Then I tried 83 lbs and couldn’t lock my arms. SO, 70 lbs is what I went with, but I never hit that point where I didn’t think I’d be able to finish a rep. After the workout I tried 83 lbs again and it was easy as cake…oops. Live and learn!

I went lighter to try to get my form, and still didn’t. I am a white country boy, I gots no rhythm.
Oh, and the flooding rain must be coming. JamieA made it a full 3 times this week. WHOOP.
Anna you had 2:49!! I know b/c I looked when you finished and thought, jeez, how does she go so fast with such heavy weights.
