I did 295 in CrossFit Total less than a week ago. So I think 5 more lbs. is good.
And after watching that video, I think that I am going to switch from the over/under grip. OUCH!

I had to use chalk to hold onto the bar! Trenton has never done the deadlifts and we both know he could’ve gone heavier, but he had to start somewhere. He’ll probably blow this out of the water next time!

Wow! It is great to see so many PR’s………can’t wait to get back.
You guys, I would highly encourage you to do a bootcamp if you get the chance. Monica and I have had a blast. Today was the best day ever. Imagine doing a CF workout and having to drag an “injured Marine” with you to each station!! Fabulous! Love it! Feels so good to be outside, other than the grass in my mouth, nose and eyes during burpees
Oh man! That video almost made me sick. I have used the over under grip my whole life, but never again! I had no idea. Sheesh.

Not happy. In May during the 543111 workout, I was able to get 335 but failed at 345. I was shooting for at least 340 but failed at 335. Oh well, I’ll get it next time.
