Great WOD!!!!
FYI…disclaimer first (this NOT an excuse) hehe…My wife forcibly took ME to the Dr. monday afternoon (how could she). During the WOD, it was discovered that I had bronchitis and a small hernia.
So let’s take off at least 1 min. PLEASE!!!!!!!
