This was the first workout I’ve completed with regular pull-ups! It took me a while, but I did it! I definitely have plenty of room to get better at both pull-ups and push ups.
Quick shout out to Rob, it was great meeting you this morning. Also to Anna, way to finish the workout and not let the workout finish you!
With about a month and a half to go before my PT Test, I’ve really tried to step it up with the workouts. Thanks for your help wrecking crew and CFC Matt, Pam, and MattP!

Gosh I love substitutions… All of the treadmills were being used and apparently taking the kettlebells from the gym is considered “robbery”. Whatev. So this is the train of thought that got me to SDLHP
